These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Insights Lab ("Company", "we", "us"), a proprietorship firm registered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Insights Lab provides online and hybrid technology training courses in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Analytics. Course content, duration, curriculum, and instructors are subject to change with prior notice.
2. Enrollment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as per the CGST Act, 2017. International users may see localized reference pricing; however, all payments are processed in INR. Insights Lab reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. Enrolled students are not affected by price changes after confirmed payment.
3. Payment & Processing
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (a RBI-authorised payment aggregator). Accepted methods: UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, and Credit Card. All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms of service. Insights Lab does not store card or banking credentials. In case of failed transactions, amounts will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days as per RBI guidelines.
4. Refund Policy
A full refund is available within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided the student has accessed no more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Courses purchased under promotional, group, or corporate pricing are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, presentations, source code, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Insights Lab, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal educational use only. Redistribution, resale, screen recording, or public sharing of course content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. Certification
Insights Lab certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements including assignments, attendance, and the capstone project. Certificates are issued for educational purposes and attest to course completion only. They do not constitute professional licensure, government accreditation, or a guarantee of employment. Insights Lab is not affiliated with any university or statutory body.
7. Code of Conduct
Students must not share course access credentials, engage in abusive behaviour toward instructors or peers, or misrepresent Insights Lab certification in a fraudulent manner. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Third-Party Trademarks
Company names and logos (Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, KPMG, Amazon, Microsoft) displayed on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear solely to identify employers of our graduates. Insights Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these companies. All third-party intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Insights Lab's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka. Consumer disputes may be referred to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bangalore, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Amendments
Insights Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students.
